**CNC LEADER / TECHNICIAN / SETTER**

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

Responsible for machine and part setting of model change, fixture and tools preparation. To ensure production run as per planning by achieving target output with less rejection and producing good quality products. Line and machine must be well maintain in term of 5S and work safety condition. Operation to run as per SOP & WI provided.

**RESPONSIBILITY**

1. To setup machines and parts accordance with schedule before start a production process.

2. Ensure operator run according to SOP & WI and use latest CNC Programme with correct tool list.

3. To ensure actual production output meet as per production planning & target UPH.

4. Capable to trouble shoot and adjust machine setting or programme if result not stable.

5. To implement basic manufacturing practice at line such as 5S, Kaizen and 7 Waste.

6. Check operators daily production report before system updates (UPH & effeciency calculated)

7. To update daily production summary output & machine setup summary list.

8. To maintain record of operation and machine daily checklist.

9. Manage rejection control internal and supplier return / scrap disposal arrangement.

10. Monitor Wip's / Child part status (in/out control) above minimum stock level.

11. Feedback any problem of machine or equipment & ensure the right material / wip's is used.

12. Check buy-off parts with qc after setup to meet customer requirement & specification.

13. To ensure operator follow standard packing with correct label and tagging before pass to store

14. Build-in quality awareness among operators (Self check / Stop-Call-Wait / Do it right at first place)

15. Continously seek for line improvement and cycle time control

16. To maintain good house keeping & safe working environment

17. Perform any task assigned by Superior, Engineer, Manager Etc.

**REQUIREMENT**

1. Minimum 2 years experienced operate CNC machines (Milling/Lathe) process.

2. Minimum 1 year experienced as Cnc Leader would be an advantage.

3. Can do manual adjust programme at Cnc Mc (Milling/Lathe).

4. Understand of coding methods and able to adjust program online manually

5. Understanding of production procedures and basic manufacturing concepts.

6. Strong written, oral, count and interpersonal communication skills

7. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented & can manage operators.

8. Great team work, supportive and good communication skill.

9. Male age below 45yrs / Full time & permanent job. _Prepared by_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
