Purchasing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Entering financial information into MYOB accounting software.
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts code.
- Monitoring spending and budgets.
- Responsible for sourcing of existing and new suppliers.
- To get the best rate by sourcing for few quotations.
- Prepare Purchase Order by verifying specifications and price.
- Monitor, follow up and expedite orders to meet the dateline.
- To follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.
- Assisting the senior accounting staff with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, financial reports, auditing, and generating the statements.
- To ensure maintenance records, documentation, and filing are in place for quick extraction of documents.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Preferable Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 1 year working experience in related industry is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Have a good attitude towards teamwork, self-initiative, and good interpretation skill.
- Good negotiations skills.
- Good attention to details.
- Good follow up skill.
- Able to work at Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
