Job Scope : To ensure machine are running in good condition and have reduce production downtime due to machines issues. To do machine setting according to job orders and to train operators for coiling and assembly. Job Description : 1. To setup coiling and assembly machines according to job orders receive. 2. To train operators on the machines and ensure they are capable to operate it. 3. Ensure materials such as wire and non woven are use correctly during setup and before run 4. To study on improvement in order to support production on increase production efficiency 5. Ensure plant safety are well maintain such as wiring are well protected, machines safety are check, and etc. 6. To ensure machines preventive maintenance are done accordingly to the date required 7. Ensure machines tools are use correctly example wire guide. 8. To study all machines downtime reason and to avoid it from happening again or other machines 9. To assist on new development or samples require. 10. To assist production or process executive in preparing SOP for machines. 11. To have a quick changeover on every job and do improvement if necessary to reduce the changeover downtime 12. To achieve monthly Kpi’s that are set for this department 13. To perform other task whenever necessary which will determine by top management. 14. Able to work night shift if required Requirements 1) Minimum certificate or diploma in mechanical or mechatronics engineering 2) Prefer have coiling experience, if not have experience in other machines setting (example plastic injection or metal stamping) 3) Have work experience working in factory at least 3 years in production manufacturing 4) Able to work long hours when required
