RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for handling the complete set of accounts and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting package. 2. Responsible for year-end audit and preparation of draft audit report. 3. Responsible for the preparation of corporate & indirect tax. 4. Liaise with agents in transfer pricing report preparation. 5. Responsible for fixed asset register 6. Assist in yearly budget preparation 7. Lead and guide Account Executive / Assistant in daily jobs. 8. Can coordinate with other departments to obtain financial-related information. 9. Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by management from time to time. REQUIREMENT 1. At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 2. At least 3 years experience in handling a full set of account 3. Strong knowledge of accounting standards 4. Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft office especially excel 5. ERP experience is an added advantage 6. Ability to multitask and work in a challenging fast-paced environment 7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Able to work independently and under pressure
