**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Approaches, greets, and helps or direction to any customer who enters the showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Provide alternative suggestion if necessary.
- Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc.
- Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
- Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer before test drive begins.
- Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery (i.e., cleans vehicles, fills gas tank, and ensures all features are operational) prior to customer arrival.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Helps with the used-vehicle inspection process.
- Submit necessary documents for the purpose of bank loan.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Mandarin/Cantonese speaker will be an added advantage.
- Able to perform the test drive with Manual/Auto gearbox which includes Cars and Motorcycles.
- Able to travel for appointments outside of the inspection hub.
- Must own motorcycle with valid motorcycle license / car with valid car license.
- Sound knowledge on specific car make and models, automotive components, etc.
- Attention to details and good time management.
- Have a valid driver’s license - minimum Class B2 & Class D.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
