**Position Purpose** A pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with various business units, be the key link between finance and operations, providing valuable insights, analysis, and support. (across MY, SG & BN) **Major Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Partner with business units to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Provide decision support to business leaders through insightful financial reporting and performance metrics. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the finance function. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into business initiatives. - Act as a trusted advisor, offering financial expertise and guidance to drive business success. - Support policy and process improvement and identify opportunities. Provide support as and when needed to assist line manager in overseeing day-to - day operations or to manage transformation projects. **Work Relations**: - All internal stakeholders (across MY, SG & BN) - External stakeholders eg. IT service vendors, agencies, etc **Qualifications** (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position) - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, or equivalent with professional qualifications e.g. CIMA/ACCA/MIA. - Minimum of 2-3 years of working experiences, with financial planning and analyses, forecasting, management reporting and analytics, internal controls, process standardisation and ERP system migration. - Process improvement orientation, innovation and change agent. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with sound financial control exposure. - Results oriented, sense of urgency, knows how to prioritize. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. - Ability to operate independently and navigate through change or uncertainty. - Flexibility to a changing environment with ability to work under pressure. - Passionate customer focus. - Possess a cooperative, mature, go-getter, independent, highly motivated & energetic. - IT proficiency (Excel/PPT/BI/ BW). - Good command in spoken & written English
