**Barista & Café Crew - Multi-Role**

Location: Allied Caffeinery (Taman Melawati)

We’re looking for passionate, versatile individuals to join our café as Barista & Café Crew members. This is a multi-role position that combines floor service, food preparation, and barista responsibilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and love wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Barista Duties**_
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages following café standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the coffee station and equipment.
- Assist with coffee bean preparation and restocking.
- **Food Preparation**_
- Heat and serve food items such as pastries and ready-made meals using high-speed ovens and microwaves.
- Plate and present food according to café standards.
- Monitor and report food stock levels for replenishment.
- **Floor Service & Customer Engagement**_
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and recommend menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables.
- Clear tables, sanitize dining areas, and keep the café clean and inviting.
- Refill supplies, restock display items, and maintain merchandise areas
- **Customer Service Excellence**_
- Provide friendly and attentive service at all times.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and escalate when needed.
- Create memorable customer experiences and contribute to a positive café atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in café or F&B preferred (but fresh applicants with strong customer service passion are welcome).
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
