- To handle any maintenance request form (MTRF), project management form (PMF) or mould testing report related to maintenance such as machine and mould testing, machine breakdown, sparepart and etc.
- To set-up machine or mould according to requirement and parameter.
- To report all machine, mould or equipment's malfunction to maintenance supervisor.
- To maintain and keep record which provide evidences to the maintenance such as machine & mould maintenance report, injection machine setting data sheet, machine & mould breakdown report, mould data record and production downtime report.
- To monitor and ensure 5S at maintenance's area.
