JOB DESCRIPTION:. Meet and greet all members, and potential members, at the front of the Restaurant. Escort members to their preferred table or reserved table and seat members. Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation book. Be attentive to customers and resolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.. Greet customers entering establishments.. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners. With the unlimited choices customers can order any items from the menu and they can repeat order without any limits til diners' satisfaction. The menu has more than 130 dishes to choose from. Basically all the dishes will be served in small portion for every single order. It makes customers enjoy varieties of food from the menu.
