**Site located at Pasir Gudang, Johor Bharu**

The company (sub-contractor) specialist in Brick, Block, Skim, Paving and Tiling works/ architecture trades.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- To plan, to execute, and to coordinate workers' daily site activities;
- To monitor closely the site activities to implementation accordance to the planned project schedule;
- To purchase tools that requested by the workers, on behalf of the company;
- To ensure the workmanship fulfill client's/ main contractor's requirement;
- To submit daily report to internal team for daily progress tracking purpose;
- To attend site meeting to update site activities and to know if any rectification works needs to be done; and
- To perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

**Requirements to perform**:

- At least 3 years' experience in **architecture scope**;
- At least able to understand, conversate and writing in English and Malay;
- Able to **understand** **the drawing and the methodology** of architecture works and plans;
- Able to handle site(s) independently and **response immediately**; and
- Post own transportation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
