**Job scope**
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and maintain high performance levels.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, maintenance, and safety.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and safety protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Executive or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production management, plant maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
