**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.
- Plan and execute student recruitment campaigns, including open days, school tours, and education fairs.
- Collaborate with the academic team to highlight key programs and achievements.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to promote the school.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to inform strategy.
- Prepare marketing reports and evaluate the success of campaigns.
- Maintain the school's branding and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative, innovative, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
