**Business Analyst**

Designation
- Business Analyst
Location -Kuala Lumpur ,Malaysia

**Job Description**:
âš« Join workshop with users to walkthrough as-is image and workout to-be proposal

âš« Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives

âš« Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost

âš« Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and User manual, etc.

âš« Support the communication within business parties and development team

âš« Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing.

âš« Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change, assist PM to control the quality and progress.

âš« Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.

âš« Keep a good relationship with customers and conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey after project go live

âš« Conduct system demonstration while needed.

âš« Conduct User training while needed

âš« Attainment of objectives and adherence to both deadlines and procedures of work

âš« Project KPI Communication Requirements
- Communication with developers and project manager
- Communication with business parties and end users

Most challenging type of communication
- Proactively liaise between business counterparts and respective technical teams in IT to resolve issues, and ensure smooth and timely delivery

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience **- University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
- 2+ years of BA experience on insurance area
- With technical background, able to understand and communicate with technical resource
- With PMA experience, able to assist PM on project management

**Cantonese is mandatory because he/she need to join HK project, English is must as well.**
- Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update
- Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams
- Good command of English both in oral and written
- Cantonese is mandatory due to need of HK project support
- Effective communication skill
- Good presentation skill/ Project management skill/ Coaching skill

**Preference**
- It's preferred to have insurance operation experience (from NB to Underwriting, claim, POS etc.) and know operation process well.
- Able to** speak Chinese **is preferred
- With experience on Business Process Management is preferred
- With experience on Content management is preferred
- With experience on Customer Communication Management is preferred
