Working Hours : The working hours are 2 shifts as below:
Morning Shift - 10am to 7pm

Afternoon Shift - 1pm to 10pm

Off Days will be 6 days a month.
- Oversee the operation of product Demo in the Outlet.
- Complete Outlet operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Establish procedures and be responsible for managing, responding, and coordinating and conduct staff orientation and training.
- Maintain Outlet staff job performances by coaching, counselling, and discipline, monitoring and appraising job performances.
- Responsible to achieve financial and sales objectives by preparing, analyze and initiating corrective action plans.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and understand to improve sales & services.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personal policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma is any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing retail outlet(s).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Experience in Electrical & Electronics appliances will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
- Added advantage for those who are able to start immediately.

**Salary**: RM2,650.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
