Cafe Crew Member

Customer Service:

- **Greeting and Serving Customers**: Welcoming customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Operating the Cash Register**: Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and providing receipts.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

- **Preparing Food**: Making sandwiches, salads, and other simple dishes.
- **Brewing Coffee and Tea**: Operating coffee machines and preparing hot and cold beverages.
- **Maintaining Food Quality**: Ensuring food is fresh, stored properly, and presented attractively.

Maintaining Cafe Environment:

- **Cleaning and Stocking**: Clearing tables, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensuring the cafe is tidy and presentable at all times.
- **Organizing Workspaces**: Keeping work areas clean and well-stocked.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

- **Working with Other Staff**: Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- **Following Instructions**: Carrying out tasks as directed by supervisors.
- **Maintaining a Positive Attitude**: Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**: Assisting with stocktakes and ordering supplies.
- **Opening and Closing Procedures**: May be involved in opening or closing the cafe.
- **Following Health and Safety Regulations**: Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
