Petshop Supervisor

Supervise employees, assist customers, and provide the best customer service.
- Oversee the financial reporting, train new staff, and grow the branch revenue
- Create monthly planning to hit the target sale.
- Analyze branch problems and strategize for a better solution.
- Motivate staff under the supervision to jointly achieved established KPIs.
- Preparing monthly report
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
