**JOB SUMMARY**

1. Responsible of the full cycle of recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing and referring qualified talents as required.

2. Execute and administrate recruitment activities (local and overseas) including planning, sourcing, selecting and coordinating interview appointment in ensuring the organization manpower requirements is met at the shortest time possible.

3. To administer and to support each Department for manpower request, movement and documentation.

4. To prepare employment documentation and arrange a pre-employment medical examination and to ensure a record of employment is properly maintained.

5. Conduct induction briefing and program to new employees in ensuring all new hires have a clear understanding of organization process, regulations, policies and procedures.

6. Maintain manpower data - especially in the area of personnel administration and organization assignment in ensuring employee and manpower records, are properly maintained.

7. Participate in career fairs, career talks and campus interviews.

8. Prepare manpower and recruitment report for monthly and yearly budget and forecast.

9. Responsible for HR documentation needs of all employees including HR memos, all matters related to employee and workers personal files in paper and electronic storage (letters, annual medical check-up, data updates, resignations, transfers, promotions, confirmation, onboarding & off boarding, exit interview).

10. Manage employee welfare, employee facilities by conducting monthly inspection at staff & workers’ house and company asset.

11. To oversee and support HR & Administration function and arrange all necessary paper works for office use, security access for authority department at various site location.

12. Planning, scheduling and coordinate internal and external training program for each employees and work with HSE team on required HSE training activities.

14. Prepare training need analysis and training plan for employee and workers.

15. Supervise foreign worker administrative job such as register/renew/terminate FWCMS, Insurance, process of visa for cancellation or endorsement, arrange for FOMEMA Check-up, open bank account and etc

16. Dealing with agencies and local authorities for all the documentation submission coordinate and verify for necessary payment (such as levy, VDR, insurance etc) to be made accordingly

17. Handling for onboarding and offboarding foreign workers including arrangement to pick up foreign worker upon their arrival from airport and to do clearance, conduct induction, medical check-up, bank account opening, home leave or end contract, etc.

18. Deal with all the relevant department internally and externally to ensure the basic daily living welfare of foreign workers are taken care of, including accommodation / hostel conditions basic facilities transportation, medical and health attention including injury cases if required to admit hospital, carry out hostel spot check and rectify issue immediately.

19. To administer, monitor and track closely all visas for renewal purpose and to ensure visas are renewed in a timely manner before expiring

20. To support the managers to handle disciplinary issues or grievances of foreign workers

21. Involved in ISO and HR Audit with internal & external auditors in headquarter and site offices.

22. Involved in employee engagement activities in coordination and organizing company events and activities.

23. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;
24. To strictly adhere to ISO 45001: 2018 requirements when carry out auditing.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
