**Job Vacancy: Admin Sales Clerk - Philippines Market (International Portfolio)**
- Join our international team & support cross-border sales to the Philippines_

**Responsibilities**:

- **Process Orders**: Handle customer orders from TikTok Shop PH, Shopee PH & other platforms - confirm payment, update system & issue invoices
- **Shipping Coordination**: Arrange packing, shipping, export docs & tracking updates with warehouse and 3PL
- **Customer Support**: Reply chats (EN/Tagalog), follow up on orders, solve basic issues & escalate when needed
- **Sales Reporting**: Update daily sales, record returns/refunds, and maintain clean data
- **Stock Monitoring**: Track stock levels & coordinate with Inventory Team for restocking
- **Campaign Support**: Assist team with promo uploads, discount codes, affiliate orders & influencer samples
- **Admin Tasks**: Upload listings, assist in translation (Tagalog-English), and ensure platform compliance

**Job Requirements**
- **Language**: Fluent in English (Tagalog understanding is a bonus)
- **Education**: Min SPM/STPM/Diploma (Business/Admin/Marketing preferred)
- **Experience**: Experience in e-commerce/sales/admin is a plus (fresh grads welcome)
- **Traits**: Responsible, fast learner, detail-oriented & customer-friendly
- **Mobility**: Willing to travel overseas occasionally (e.g. events, expos, training)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
