**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Coordination**: Collaborate with project functional managers and teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and action items, to keep all stakeholders informed of the project’s developments and status.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks to the project and proactively collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- **Resource Coordination**: Assist in the allocation and management of resources, ensuring that the project’s objectives and deadlines are met efficiently.
- **Quality Assurance Support**: Ensure all project deliverables meet IoTronix quality standards and align with client expectations, contributing to high-quality results.
- **Dynamic Environment Adaptability**: Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
- **Cost Calculation & Analysis**: Calculate product costs by allocating direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead expenses based on volume, UPH (Units Per Hour), and rate.
- **Cost Variance Analysis**: Analyze the variances between standard costs and actual costs, identifying areas for potential improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- **Cost Reporting**: Prepare and present cost reports and summaries, including PowerPoint presentations, for internal reviews and gap analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables, ensuring smooth teamwork and alignment on objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or supply chain sectors.
- **Learning & Improvement**: A willingness to learn and implement best practices to enhance processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- **Project Coordination Expertise**: Proven experience in project coordination, including managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management software and tools to effectively plan, track, and manage project progress.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision. Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- **Proactive Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Language**: Native Chinese speaker (Mandarin preferred).

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
