**As a Guru you will be accountable for**:

- Undertakes treasury data management and reporting for periodic reporting to the Group and regulatory entities.
- Monitors and reports bank balances of all entities within the Group.
- Manages and executes corporate finance and treasury functions including cash and treasury operations, bank relationships, online banking and liquidity management.
- Explores and proposes financial products in the market that are beneficial to the Group.
- Monitors investments of the Group, performs return analysis and assist in financial resource allocation.
- Assists in periodic reviews with banks, lenders, auditors and any other parties as required.
- Participates and supports financial planning and analysis, financial forecasting and feasibility assessment.
- Participates where appropriate in developing and implementing strategic and financial plans as well as corporate exercises of the Group.
- Manages all documentations in relation to opening and closing bank accounts, signatories, other relevant forms and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, loan covenants, relevant laws and regulatory requirements including US listing requirements.
- Supports cash management solutions and new digital enhancements to improve the payment and collection channels for the Group of companies.
- Good collaborations with internal stakeholders, within and across all departments in the Group.
- Provides assistance and support to Finance Management as and when required.
- To lead or participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management from time to time.

**We are Looking for Someone Who**:

- Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent (Major in Finance or Accounting will be added advantages)
- At least 3-5 years working experience in similar field.
- Prior experience in a similar role (added advantage)
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity at work, mature, detail oriented, independent, dependable and trustworthy
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
- Able to work well with the team in a fast-paced MNC environment
- Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong analytical skills and self-motivated
