Collector Analyst

Knowledge & Skills - Responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Malaysia/Singapore consumer and SME portfolios. - Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans. - Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses. - Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank. - Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI. - Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
