JOB VACANCY

POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE (SEA/AIR)

LOCATION - BATU MAUNG, PENANG

SALARY - RM 3500-4500
- interact ocean liners, seaport authorities, haulage companies, vendors to facilitate smooth transaction of all export/ import/ transhipment by ocean mode.
- Coordinates and respond to all cargo claims issues with customers, liners and port authorities as well as warehouse operator of third party operator.
- Negotiate ocean FCL space allocation for specific account base.
- Maintain effective systems of operations, review and control.
- Implement cost reduction control to increase efficiency and margins.
- Trains develop and motivate team members.
- Maintain and efficient filing system and record keeping.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping and corporate image.
- Provides training and directions to less experienced staff.
- Provide sales support to sales and operations department.
- Able to assist for both air and sea if needed.
- Perform other duties as and when directed.

**Salary**: RM1,666.33 - RM6,949.03 per month
