Project analysis and preparation in close cooperation with PM and delivery team. Work together with function team and PM to ensure the delivery quality Innovatively think out good ways on process enhancement continuously Manage multiple projects management at the same time Coordinate and book pool of resources according to the heads-up or handoffs from the Project Management team. Communicate with all Project Managers on project requirements (like quality, scheduling, costs, etc) to establish priorities and allocate work efficiently to resources. Providing billing / quotation support for external clients. Plan and manage payment schedules for external supplier. Provide project related information to resources, such as project specifics, requirements and deadlines. Ensure all the processes (including the preparation of Quotations, Purchase Orders and processing of payments) are followed and introduce new processes when necessary.
