Accounting Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documentation.
- Familiar with bank reconciliation processes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for audit purpose
- Manage supplier payments and follow up on customer collections.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately into the accounting system (e.g., SQL / AutoCount / dynamod).
- Provide support during internal/external audits and maintain proper filing of documents.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma in Accounting** or equivalent is an added advantage.
- At least **1 year of working experience** in accounting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written)** is **required** to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount / Dynamod).
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
