Storekeeper

**Responsibilities and Authorities**
- To handle and monitor the receipt and issuance of goods and responsible for the storage of raw materials such as plates, pipes, beams, angle iron, round bars, flat bars, etc in good order.
- To ensure that all raw materials received are inspected prior to acceptance and to report on discrepancies arising from receipt of items from suppliers to the Purchasing Executive / Production Manager. To sign on Supplier’s Delivery Order to acknowledge receipt and note any discrepancies found in the Supplier’s Delivery Order.
- Coordinate with QC Executive to verify raw materials purchased to ensure all requirements are met.
- Identify storage space for proper storing of raw materials, plan and ensure the optimal utilization of storage space and to ensure that the raw materials are properly stored and arranged in an orderly manner for easy retrieval and use including ensuring that raw materials are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes and nonconforming items are segregated and properly identified.
- Responsible for the issuance of raw materials to end user and to monitor the movement of raw materials stock via a proper stock recording system.
- To update and maintain stock records and ensures that regular stock checks are made and that inventories are maintained at agreed level and coordinate for the request for spare parts replenishment, when required.
- To conduct stock check.
- Monitor the quantity of raw materials stocks in the warehouse, and replenish when necessary.
- Responsible for the security of store involving both incoming and outgoing raw materials.
- Assist in packing, lifting, loading and unloading of goods and oversee packing items for shipping and distribution.
- To ensure that the Store is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To carry out any other jobs assigned by the Store Supervisor, Purchasing Executive and management.

**Competency Requirements**
- SPM / STPM / Pre-U / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Logistics/Inventory/Material/Store Management or equivalent.
- Trustworthy and Independent.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
