1. Oversee the day-to-day finance operations and ensure effective controls in place. 2. Ensure compliance with Bursa Listing requirements. 3. Prepare Group budgets, financial statements, forecasts, projections. 4. Analyse Group's financial data, including its subsidiaries and properties. 5. Review and ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the Monthly Financial Report for each subsidiary. 6. Group consolidation, statutory reporting, audit and Bursa announcements. 7. Group treasury, cash flow and banking matters. 8. Liaison with auditors, tax consultants, bankers and authorities. 9. Assist management in evaluating new business opportunities and propose for the best business structure. 10. Implement relevant Standard Operating Procedures for the Group as a means to improve efficiency and enhance internal controls 11. Coordinator and committee member Group Risk Management Committee and Group Management Sustainability Committee

The Group expanded into the construction business in 2019 through Proventus Bina Sdn. Bhd, and has been mostly active with projects in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
