Human Resource Internship

We are looking for an HR intern who will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource team and general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative and human resource functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting the Human Resource (Happiness) team.
- Supporting Maintaining Databases
- Liaising with staff and suppliers
- Maintaining procedures and office administrative systems.
- Marking attendance for meetings and taking notes.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Attention to details
- Assisting in planning of company events.
Prerequisites
- Diploma or degree in human resources/administrative management.
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong ethics and reliable.
- Cheerful and positive personality.
- We are looking for a **minimum of 4-6 months of commitment.**:
