**Job Scope of QC in Vegetable Industry**: **1. Quality Inspection**
- Inspect vegetables for **size, color, texture, ripeness, and defects**.
- Check for signs of **damage, rot, contamination**, or pest infestation.
- Conduct inspections during **receiving, processing, and packaging** stages.

**2. Monitoring Standards**
- Ensure compliance with **local food safety regulations**.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and storage conditions to prevent spoilage.
- Verify that cleaning and sanitation procedures are properly followed.

**3. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate **inspection records and QC reports**.
- Report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare **daily, weekly, or batch-specific QC reports**.

**4. Testing & Sampling**
- Perform **random sampling** of vegetable batches.

**5. Communication & Coordination**
- Work closely with procurement, production, and operation teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams regarding product issues.
- Communicate findings to supervisors or manager.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Suggest improvements in **handling, processing, and packaging** to reduce waste.
- Participate in **training programs** and audits.
