**Key Responsibilities**
- **Laboratory Testing & Analysis**:

- Conduct routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Operate laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, tensile testers, hardness testers, and other measuring instruments.
- Record and analyze data accurately to support quality assurance activities.
- **Quality Control & Assurance**:

- Verify products against specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Assist in maintaining calibration and preventive maintenance of lab equipment.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action when quality issues are identified.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate test reports, certificates of analysis (COA), and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Report non-conformities to the Quality Supervisor/Manager for necessary actions.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Follow laboratory safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with 5S practices in the laboratory.
- **Support Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, 5S).
- Provide feedback to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality laboratory testing (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
