Asean Gi Applications Lead

**Key Responsibilities/essential functions include**:
- Provides technical and clinical leadership for the GI ultrasound portfolio for customers, dealers and internal GE personnel.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers, CP and GE Personnel for the GI ultrasound portfolio.
- Monitor customer installations within ASEAN to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization.
- Work with the GI segment leaders to assist in the creation of and support the execution of the marketing plan for products in the region and contribute to the regional product strategy.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
- Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.
- Energize team and maintain adherence of field processes.
- Collect, analyze and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information.
- Collaborate with the broader ASEAN GI teams in developing regionalized education programs.
- Employ market research, clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis and win/loss tracking in developing demonstration strategy for the GI portfolio across ASEAN apps team.
- Educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the GI ultrasound portfolio in ASEAN.
- Work with the GI segment leader to develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaborations. Build Key Opinion Leaders network in ASEAN.
- Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders.
**Team Coaching**
- Is responsible to regularly have “infield coaching” sessions with GI team members: for example, how differentiating and presenting the value of product and understanding the market. Provides regular, timely and productive development feedback.
- Create regular opportunities to involve the team to share best practices on opportunity management.
- Is role-model to team for utilizing GEHC resources and networks to create and manage opportunities.
**Required Characteristics**:
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the ASEAN territory (~50%) as well as to national sales meetings and tradeshows.
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as coaching & team building skills.
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
- Demonstrated a high degree of cultural EQ, ability to work across business and culturally diverse environments.
- Proficient in English, written and speaking.

- Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred.
