Course Superintendent

**Key Roles**:
1. Prepare and maintain annual budget for the maintenance and capital improvement of the golf course.

2. Plan and coordinate all maintenance and project work on the golf course to ensure a high standard.

3. Oversees the care and maintenance of the turf, landscape, Irrigation system and machinery / equipments.

4. Responsible for all phases of golf course, maintenance and agronomic operation, cost control and personnel.

5. Administer and enforce all company rules, regulation and policies for staff - to provide temporary assistance before competent person is ready to do the job.

6. Maintain records and complete required reporting.

7. Supervise and control all maintenance expenses associated with Golf Course operations including supply of chemical, fertilizers and spare parts.

8. Schedule maintenance practice around member play and golf tournaments to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption to members/golfers.

9. Work closely with advice and coordination with the Head of Golf Department and other Head of Department on any other issues related to golf course maintenance.

10. To prepare 1 year planning for maintenance program.

11. Maintain workshop and part efficiently.

12. Assist transport equipment and manpower to other departments.

13. Day to day operations for staff including foreign workers.

14. Ensure new staff being given proper training before distributing duties.

15. Ensure all company policies are implemented.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

4. Required Skill(s): Golf Course Maintenance, Administration, Machinery Management, Landscaping

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
