**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical **Regional Financial Manager** to oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple countries. This role is crucial in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, managing audits, and supporting strategic decisions within the region. A strong background in **auditing** (external or internal) is essential for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across regional entities, ensuring alignment with corporate and local standards.
- Consolidate and analyze financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across the region.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to internal controls and corporate governance policies.
- Manage and coordinate **external and internal audits**, including working closely with audit firms and country finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax and regulatory requirements in all countries under your responsibility.
- Support country-level finance managers and collaborate with business units to drive financial efficiency.
- Lead regional initiatives to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational performance.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in due diligence, financial assessments, and integration projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. **CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is required.**
- Minimum **8 years of relevant experience**, with at least **2-3 years in external or internal auditing.**
- Proven track record in a **regional or multi-country financial management role**.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations across different markets.
- Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in leading audits and ensuring audit readiness.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and departments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required (approx. 10-20%).
