**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Perform business analysis across diverse projects and operational tasks.
- Capture and evaluate user requirements from internal and external clients and building buy-in for your proposed solution.
- Document vulnerabilities and penetration test findings, technical specifications, and workflows to support vulnerability management initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to define vulnerability management policies, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and track the progress of vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within vulnerability management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes and response capabilities.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the Software Development Industry.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret technical data and translate it into business impact.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with various team to communicate technical requirements effectively.
- Excellent at technical and processdocumentation and ensuring a well-maintained knowledge base.
