Tcm Technician

**DAILY TASK**

The primary responsibility of a TCM Technician is to perform daily routine work like drum change and receiving, round and readings, for chemical dispense module and chemical manifold boxes. Understand how the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly and perform basic periodic maintenance and monitor sufficient chemical inventories and report out any abnormalities. TCM Technician is responsible in day-to-day shift operation with minimum supervision and work with superior in any plan set up for the shift.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring all chemical distribution system is on continuously supply.
- Practice safe handling of chemicals by using of appropriate PPE when dealing with chemical.
- Responsible to manage the onsite chemical inventory by performing chemical ordering from external warehouse.
- Arrange incoming chemical drums, IBCs, and canister bottle inside chemical onsite storage area.
- Ensuring safe handling for chemical deliveries and receiving from external warehouse.
- Deliver canisters tank and bottles to production upon request.
- Performing chemical packaging change and (hook up) at CDM.
- Performing chemical transfer (from ISO tanker through chemical coupling booth) for Bulk Chemical System.
- Monitoring all operations for chemical distribution systems.
- Responsible to attend and response to the alarms event base on the chemical monitoring system (CMS).
- Performing rounding and inspection at the work area, systems, and equipment.
- Ensuring good housekeeping at related work area, systems, and equipment.
- Performing analysis / check for onsite dilution/mixing system.
- Maintaining all tools or equipment for chemical sampling, analysis or testing are in proper condition.
- Perform chemical bottle refilling / sampling upon request.
- Responsible to communicate on the abnormalities observed or detected during performing the work activity.
- Assisting Hazardous Waste Management operations if required.
- Assisting ERT team for any leakage or spill of chemicals if required.
- Responsible to follow and comply to all work instructions, standard operating procedures, and all the related documents.
- Involvement in internal / external audit activity for the organization.
- Complying with all company rules and regulations including all safety guidelines as well as customer’s regulations as per KPI sated.
- Any other task assigned by Management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- SPM standard and above.

Working hours: 0700-1900 / 0800-2000 / 0900-2100

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day
8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day
8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00

Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
