Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in domestic and international markets.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- **Business Development**: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- **Key Account Management**: Strengthen and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and export partners.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and insights to management for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG, spices, or food ingredients industry.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Knowledge of FMCG/spices industry trends and export logistics will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
