Job Description:

- To liaise and follow up with customers to actively resolve credit and billing issues and to ensure timely collection of overdue debt.
- Plan and monitor collection to ensure target is achieving by maximizing collection coverage through effective methods such as telephone collection and encourage customers to direct bank-in and online transfer.
- Timely monthly closing of collections, preparation of monthly collection status, collections aging report, and any other related report.
- To ensure progressive payment are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.
- To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements, and reminder messages to customers.
- Consistently meet deadlines on work assignments.
- Update daily collections into CRM system and daily reporting
- To perform other duties as assigned by company from time to time
REQUIREMENT
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
