Responsibilities:
**Expected to work closely with the customer, the onsite/offsite technical support team and management to ensure a smooth, timely delivery and handling of the support cases.**

**Take ownership of all Technical problem and plan it to ensure the plan is tracked during the entire life cycle of the project.**

**Be Able communicate with clients professionally to ensure clinics system running smoothly**

**Requirements**:
**Preferable have own transport**

Required language(s)**:Bahasa Malaysia, English**

**Able to handle customer professionally**

**A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**

Pay**:RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month**

Schedule:

- **Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM**

**Job Scope IT/ Technical Support**:
**1. SQL Editing**

**2. Network Configuration**

**3. Device Configuration (PC, TV and Printer)**

**4. Identifying hardware and software solutions**

**5. Troubleshooting technical issues**

**6. Diagnosing and repairing faults**

**7. Resolving network issues**

**8. Installing and configuring software**

**9. Data migration**
