IT Technician

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking issues, and peripheral devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, multifunction devices).
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and back-office systems including Office 365 and network devices.
- Perform routine system checks to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations in assigned areas, including production environments.
- Manage end-to-end hardware and software lifecycle (installation, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning).
- Handle account management tasks such as password resets and system reinstallation.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors (e.g., ISP, cabling, infrastructure, hardware suppliers) for equipment installation, issue resolution, and support.
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain system knowledge base to ensure effective troubleshooting.

Respond promptly to service requests and follow up to ensure complete resolution
