CNC Programmer Setter

**Requirements**:

- SKM Level 3/DKM Level 4/ DLKM/Certificate/Diploma/Advance Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years’ experience as CNC tooling programmer/specialist.
- Knowledge and experience with CAM (MasterCam, ZWCam), CADD Software (i.e. AutoCAD, ZWCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint and strong attention to details.
- Ability to set machine and decide correct tools to use.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver complete fabrication ready 3D Mold designs and 2D drawings from client's product design.
- Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program.
- Creating/Inputting the product design into the CAM before the job is ready to run at machine.
- Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Loading raw materials into the CNC machine
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
