Job Responsibilities

1. To monitor and coordinate deliveries for overall material for the particular job site.

2. Able to plan and schedule incoming and outgoing material at timely manner.

3. Liase closely with appointed freight forwarder and shipping agent on making arrangements on transportation schedule, quotes and destination.

4. Sourcing, selecting, request quotation and negotiating with some suppliers for better unit pricing, quality and enhance billing term with supplier.

5. Assist in tendering process, collect and checking the quotation from supplier.

6. Maintain and update purchasing record, data and pricing in the system.

Job Qualifications

1. At least 1-2 years relevant working experience or similar roles

2. At least Diploma holder.

3. Able to speak & write Mandarin, English & Malay.

4. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.

5. Good communication, able to work independently, possess initiative and be responsible.

7. Ensure all billings are done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents as per established schedule.

8. Matching of bills invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders before submit to account department for payment.

9. Ensure proper documentation checking and filling for all invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders.

10. To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
