Art Director

RF Infinite Sdn Bhd is driven by innovation and design. We’re searching for an experienced art director to responsible for leading and managing the visual aspects of a project, campaign, or brand. As an Art Director, you need to work closely with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with the project’s objectives. Art Directors ensure that all visual elements, including graphics, typography, and imagery, are cohesive and effectively communicate the desired message.

**Here are some of the areas you would be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement visual concepts for projects, campaigns, and brands
- .Collaborate with creative teams (designers, copywriters, photographers, etc.) to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all mediums and platforms.
- Supervise and mentor a team of designers, artists, and creatives.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, marketing teams, and other departments to align creative work with business goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audiences, and brand requirements.
- Partner with copywriters, developers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and relevant ideas.
- Incorporate innovative design strategies to maintain competitive edge.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and visual storytelling.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and manage a creative team effectively.
- Strong verbal and written skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
- Capacity to address creative challenges with innovative solutions.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
