We are looking for a **passionate and dedicated Team Leader - Fresh & Seafood** to join our team at **Giant Bandar Baru Ampang (Spectrum Mall)**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum **SPM or equivalent**:

- At least **1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail**, preferably in fresh/seafood
- **Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills**:

- **Good knowledge of seafood handling, inventory & stock rotation**:

- **Familiar and able to perform stocktake & control wastage**:

- **Physically fit** to handle stock & supervise floor operations
- Willing to work on **shifts, weekends & public holidays**:

- Passionate about **customer service & team management**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead, train & motivate the team to achieve sales & freshness targets
- Ensure seafood products meet **quality & food safety standards**:

- Manage daily operations: receiving, storage & display of fresh products
- Conduct regular **stock counts (stocktake)** & ensure accurate records
- Control shrinkage & implement wastage measures
- Maintain cleanliness & comply with hygiene SOPs
- Address customer inquiries & resolve issues professionally

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
