DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Normal duties of the above captioned post and any other assignments as assigned from time to time at the sole discretion of the organisation.
- To provide physiotherapy, caregiver service and treatment from every aspect to all patients/ residents in Elderlove Living Care & Rehabilitation Centre.
- To carry out overall maintenance of all the equipments and machines related to physiotherapy, keeping log book, arrange schedules for service and repair of these machines/ equipments in the centre.
- To maintain and execute proper medical records as required by the centre for all patients at all material times.
- The organisation can and has the right assign you to other branches under the same brand name for job posting during your tenure.
- To ensure proper handling and washing of any reusable consumables, proper disposal of all bio-hazard disposables.
- To maintain inventory of stock and flow of all the disposables, consumables, stationeries, utilities; to request purchase the above mentioned with the approval of the nurse in charge of the centre.
- To operate the physiotherapy service with due care and skill reasonably expected of a professional of the standing and competence and with due regard to the best interest of the patients.
- To refer all patients who need further referral and opinion to Consultant Physicians or relevant Medical Centre.
- To maintain the standard, quality of physiotherapy Services.
- Provide professional advice and counseling on physiotherapy to the patients or residents.
- To assist nurses in providing nursing care and treatment to the patients.
- To conduct daily morning exercise programme to the residents.
- To assist in planning daily group activities for the residents.
- To record the activity and mobility progress of the Residents and submit report fortnightly.
- To study and learn from existing senior physiotherapist in the centre.
- You will report directly to the Nurse In Charge or any other person as assigned.
- During your employment with the organisation, you shall not at any time hereunder (except so far as is necessary and proper in the course of your work) or afterwards disclose to any person any information as to the information and practice or as to any other matters of the organisation which may come to your knowledge by reasons of your employment.
- Furthermore, you shall devote your whole time and attention to the services of the organisation and shall not be engaged in other business, whether gainful or not during your working hours.
- To abide all by-law rules and regulations of the office clinic and any changes or amendments that may be made pertaining to medical ethics governing the physiotherapy profession and all government regulations.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
