**Our Client**
is an MNC providing IT services.
**Position : IT Support Engineer**
These engineers would provide remote support to Singapore office and potentially other countries as needed.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide remote end user support primarily for Singapore offices, with potential support for global users as needed.
- Track and document support activities using the ticketing system (JIRA).
- Proactively monitor and manage incidents, requests, and changes, documenting solutions and following up as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to escalated issues to maintain a high level of service availability.
- Proactively understand, analyze, and research new technical problems when needed.
- Provide end user and technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.), and Zoom.
- Propose, tailor, and conduct group training sessions periodically to disseminate technology know-how to a broader audience.
- Standby for after-hours support if necessary
**Job Requirements**
- A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology.
- Preferably minimum of 2 years of helpdesk/support experience. \
- Fresh graduates with relevant skill sets may be considered.
- Experience in working with senior executives and strong customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Thorough understanding of Windows 10 & 11 OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and file and print infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devices.
- Experience with office productivity, Unified Endpoint solutions, or service management tools preferred.
- Experience in a remote support role for a global team.
- Familiarity with modern security practices, including BitLocker encryption, endpoint protection, and data compliance policies.
- Preferably experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing incidents and service requests.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
