The_**Haulage Controller**_ is responsible for but not limited to the following:
1. Responsible to ensure that all elements of the distribution process are coordinated to meet customer requirement in a timely delivery and high quality, by maximizing the utilization of trucks and manpower availability.
- Plans delivery by organizing truck loads, routing schedules and driver availability as per ROT (Request of Transport) requirements.
- Fully utilize the resources and systems i.e. GPS Tracking System to monitor and supervise the driver’s delivery status to ensure the timely delivery of consignment and to minimize the risk, which may result in company bearing unnecessary cost i.e. detention or demurrage.
- Make bookings in West Port / North Port System for container collection / pick-up.
- Update the delivery status into the System in real time basis within the required time frame.
- Coordinating closely with drivers, report and provide quick responses to clients for any issue that may affect the delivery of consignment.

2. Coordinating and working closely with the Maintenance Department for any breakdown or preventive maintenance, to ensure all trucks and trailers are in safe and good condition.

3. Work closely with Operation Admin team, to ensure that all trucks and trailers on the road are compliant with the government rules and regulations i.e. with valid road tax, permit, completed with Puspakom inspection etc.

4. Supervise, manage and strengthen driver’s discipline in handling trucks, and to ensure drivers are following the operation team's instructions to achieve timely delivery.

5. Attending and handling customer or forwarding agent enquiry, including new order requests, status updates on existing orders and also customer complaints.

6. Any others duties may be assigned by Company from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
