**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team in maintenance facilities department to ensure the facility services and equipment are working in a good conditions
- Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan preventive maintenance, budget requirements and capex expenditures
- Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines
- Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Safety Policy
- Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and response according to service level agreement on any issues
- Liaise with various authorities pertaining to maintenance of facility lifts, firefighting equipment, fire certifications and other statutory requirements
- To maintain proper records and documentation on all issues pertaining to operation and management of building

**Requirements**:

- Chargeman BO Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
- Knowledge in Electric Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is essential
- Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate with all level of people
- Resourceful and can work with minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
