Responsibilities:

- Manage retail staff including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- Ensure pricing is correct and maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures
- Work on store displays and ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train employees and handle staffing issue.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Daily outlet visitation and submit report.
- Manage different departments within the store.
- Assist retail sales staff to achieve sales targets and ensure accurate stock position in outlet at all times.
- Assist in recruitment plan to support manpower needs and conduct interview
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess leadership skills & related experience in retail management is an added advantage.
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- 1 vacancies available in KL/Selangor area.
