Procurement Specialist

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you are responsible to source and procure products to fulfill customer’s requirement.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage supplier to achieve competitive cost, quality and delivery performance.

Perform cross-functional supplier evaluation, selection and development.

Responsible for negotiations and cost reductions with suppliers

Job Qualifications - Education/Training Skills:

- Knowledge of supplier base and IC industry is required.
- Good network with Franchise Distributors, Brokers community and direct Suppliers will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Hardworking, self-driven, willingness to learn and able to take initiative.
- Result oriented, independent, and self-motivated.
- Team player and able to work in cross-functional and cross regional teams.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to handle phone calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.

Work Location: Johor Malaysia (next to Aeon KulaiJaya)

Reporting to Senior Procurement Specialist

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
