**Full job description**

UCP SPORT SDN BHD growing company located in Malaysia, specializing in clothing & footwear. As we expand our digital presence platfoam, we're on the lookout for a creative individual with expertise in TikTok & shopee to join our team. Our Location at Seri Kembangan.

**Job Overview**

**1. Content Creation**
- Act as a talent in the creation of creative and compelling TikTok content featuring our products.
- Produce engaging videos that highlight the features and benefits of our products while aligning with our brand identity.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and appealing to our target audience.

**2. Strategy and Planning**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a TikTok content strategy aligned with our brand objectives.
- Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent brand presence on TikTok.

**3. Audience Engagement**
- Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and messages.
- Foster a positive and interactive relationship with our audience.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and analyze the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Content Creator with a focus on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and features.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in video editing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Basic Requirement Detail:

- Responsible for hosting live stream on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok and Shopee
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts, content, strategies and promotions for live shows, including scheduling, planning and marketing.
- Track, report and review live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Take part in content creation researching, planning, recording and uploading content on social media platforms.
- Perform ad hoc duties that are informed by the company.
- Experience in Tik Tok or any speaking experience, would be an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month ( Commission++ ）

Ability to Commute:

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
