**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the organization’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead the SHE team in promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SHE initiatives, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Oversee incident investigation processes, ensuring timely determination of root causes and implementation of corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with local regulatory bodies, ensuring the organization meets all compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present SHE reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics, trends, and improvement areas.
- Lead training and awareness programs to ensure employee understanding of SHE best practices and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging regulations related to safety, health, and environmental practices.

**Job Requirements**
- Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a SHE leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing safety and environmental management systems.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence a positive safety culture.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Safety Management Systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is a plus.

Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
